Pactech International Machines and Automation scope shall include, but not be limited to the complete Mechanical design in 3D Software, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Materials selection, supply, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, cleaning, External/Internal painting, documentation, preparation for packing & shipping, Installation, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Machines at site along with supply of all types of Spare parts, as well as Change parts, as required in Machines on timely basis.

Pactech International Machines and Automation is Machine manufacturer of Machines for Soap & Paper Industry along with LINE AUTOMATION, but limited to following

(A) Machine Wrapping (PIMA-250) with Auto-Splicing, Soap Wrapping Machine (PIMA-200)

(B) Change Part Kit

PIMA is doing Overhauling work of all types of Wrapping Machines, Bending Machine (On-Site), and Pouch Packing Machines along with supply of Spare parts and/ or Servicing, as per Client requirement.

(D) Line Automation

PIMA is also having the facility to do Line Automation for smooth running of production by adding required Conveyors, as per the requirement of Production Line.

1. PIMA is also fabricating the Conveyor with Flat Belt and with Slat Chain.

2. Tilt Table - Thin Tilt Table is required to pack the Soap in a Carton and then transfer it to Taping Machine.
